Statutory Notice & Fee Schedule

Pursuant to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, public records are subject to inspection and copying fees. Please review the schedule below before submitting your request.

Traffic Crash Report § 321.23, F.S.	$10.00 per report
Special Service Charge	Labor rate of the employee performing the search or redaction — applied when processing requires extensive use of information technology resources or clerical/supervisory assistance exceeding the agency's time threshold (typically 15–30 minutes). Rate is based on the hourly pay of the lowest-paid employee capable of performing the task.
Redactions	Confidential or exempt information — including active criminal investigative details, juvenile identities, and undercover personnel data — will be redacted prior to release in accordance with Florida law. Redaction itself does not incur an additional charge; however, extensive redaction may trigger the Special Service Charge above.
